Cingular/AT&T 8525 users, WM6 is officially out!

Downloaded and installed it last night. Not sure how I feel about it yet though. I've been holding off upgrading with all the different ROM's out there because I couldn't get a couple of them to work with Vista. The "official" version has no such issues and took roughly 10 minutes to upgrade, not bad.

So far my main gripe is that I lost my ability to view my Hotmail through the mail program and it corrupted the settings for my Road Runner account but what was cool is how I can now view HTML email. Before when viewing email it would show all the HTML code, now I can view pictures and everything. Other than that, I haven't noticed a whole lot of difference but I've only played around with it for an hour or so.

Now I've gotta reinstall all my software I had loaded on WM5

So is it really worth upgrading to WM6? I'm pretty comfortable with WM5.

Here is the Wiki on the features of WM6. My negative comment about WM6 is the lost support for Hotmail in the Pocket Mail app It might just push me to switch over to use Gmail.
