BTW, there is an iPod hard drive hanging in the case for a size comparison.

I still remember the first 1gb raid array I ever saw. It consisted of an impressive stack of disk drives running off of a novell server. It was quite a novelty at the time.

<--remembers "upgrading" my IBM PC with a 10MB hard disk, it was freaking awesome.
