Exclamation Memory issues

Ok. I usually upgrade my computer once a year. I just received my parts today. My computer specs before were

ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe
AMD 4200 X2 +
1GB Kingston DDR667
BFG GeForce 7950 GTO OC 256MB GDDR2
SB Audigy 2
Seagate 320GB SATA

The items I upgraded are as follows

2GB Kingston DDR800
BFG GeForce 8800 GTS OC 640MB GDDR3
SB Audigy X-Fi Fatal1ty

I have everything working except the memory. I can not seem to get it to run in Dual-Channel mode. I can have both sticks running single channel, but it will not run Dual. Anyone that can help will be greatly appreciated.

Have you put a memory stick in each yellow slot? Try a stick in matching colored slots. black/black or yellow/yellow.

Yesi have. The only way I can get the new 2GB sticks to work is if I have them in the same channel. I can run them either both in channel A or channel B. I can't get them to run in Dual-channel. 1 in channel A and 1 in Channel B. The sticks came with a factory of 5-5-5-16 -2T. There are people saying that they can run the sticks at 4-4-4-12 -2T, but I can't even get the board to post. Please people, chime in. If not, these will be in the classifieds in a week or so here.

Are you mixing the old memory with the new memory? I know different speeds can cause problems, sometimes even different versions within the same brand. I had 2 - 512 sticks in my old machine (p4 2.4 ASUS board), but they were different brands. It crashed if I tried to overclock it 5%. I bought another Corsair stick to match my original off Ebay for $15 last week, and I can push the machine 30% overclock with no problems, and I haven't even touched voltage yet.

Na, I disagree, I think it's the memory, or a bad mobo
