Bad Card? Power?

So I bought a XFX 7600GT AGP and figured it was time for a fresh format so I went ahead and started from scratch and put XP Pro on. The card came with 2 free cheap ass games that seem to work ok. So I installed WoW and this is what the login page looks like. My power supply says 220W 3.3 + 5.5 Total 430W. So should I go by the 220W or the total 430W as what you should judge for the video card requirements? The other two games look like they are runing in 640x480 or some low rez, and WoW is running at a higher rez, not sure what the default is but its much higher than the other 2 games I've checked. Also I installed BF2142 and it seems to run ok. I dont have internet yet so I cant check BF2142 out completely, but the initial intro and its logon page looks ok. I did install the latest drivers(forceware) from XFX's page but no change. Also this is WoW without any patches yet, since I dont have internet(gets intstalled this Thurs-thank God!). After installing WoW-TBC there was no change either.

probably need a new power supply.

you might also have gotten a hair or some dirt on the connectors on the video card, take it out of the AGP slot and clean it off, maybe spray some air on the port.

Well I put my old shitty ass card back in and it works ok, so I guess I try a new PSU. Thanks.
