VidCard - More clock or more Mem

I'm trying to find a cheap upgrade for my old GeForce3 Ti 500 card. Its getting old and crapping out on me. Yeah I know, its real old. It works ok for WoW which is what I mainly play(its too low for any new games, etc.) but when using Fraps in WoW it looks like the toons are epileptic robots on Acid. So I'm looking for a ~$150 NVIDIA card. My old card is a 240MHz GPU with 64M DDR mem. So looking at these two cards what is better to go with: a slower clock but more mem, or the faster clock with less mem?

BFG 7300GT 512MB AGP

EVGA e GeForce 7800GS AGP

Thanks.

I have that exact same EVGA in my sons box, and it works fine. He plays BattlefrontII, and BF2. Good card.

imo i'd go for the more memory if they are the same cpu core, and just overclock it a little or if you're okay with how it plays just leave it

I'm assuming you have an AGP motherboard, so for your budget, I don't think you can beat the 7600GT. There's a rebate at newegg.com right now too.

Yeah, its an AGP mobo. Thanks for the link, and they also have a 500W PS for $29 after rebate, think I'll pick one of those up too.
