Looking for a tool bar....

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a toolbar on my computer. I'm not sure if what I want is out there, but thought I'd ask here.

Looking for a weather toolbar that will show me a 7-10 day forecast. Just conditions and temps, I really don't need anything more than that. But I want it completely visable without having to click on anything.

Is there anything like that out there?

Thanks,
Nick

Not necessarily a toolbar but still very convenient to access.

If you use firefox, give ForecastFox a try. It places the forecast down in the bottom of your firefox window... As long as you have your browser up, it works.

Or if you use Vista, and want something on your desktop:
WeatherUnderground Widgets

I have the firefox set up on mine too. It just told me there's a Severe Weather Alert in Keller.

What exactly does it do to be considered adware/spyware? I installed it on my Google Toolbar and neither of my two programs picked up on it yet they both stopped my installation of Game Spy Arcade

I just want something easily accessable. Doesn't matter if it's a toolbar or a constant program thats always running. I just don't want to have to go to a site to look for the info, I want it on my computer at all times.

Edit: and it needs to be a 7-10 day forecast, not a 3 day like Yahoo Widgets.

Maybe they've changed it over the years but when it first came out it tracked browsing habits and generated pop up ads.

That permanently blacklisted them from my system.
Besides, I've got a weather widget on the mac

Maybe there is. Only thing I've ever seen is a 3 day forecast. I'll check it out tonight.

I use the yahoo widgets myself and find it very helpful. I am able to get a 5 Day forecast with the Yahoo Weather Widget. You just need to make sure to click on the left hand arrow and it should drop down a 5 day forecast.

This is the one I use.

Okay, cool! I'll give that a try tonight. I was going to do it last night, but we ended up working pretty late and I had to be at work early this morning.
