memory?

if your PC runs PC2100, can you run say PC3200 or something? i have 512 PC2100 right now, and i think mobo will max out at 3GB. i want to upgrade as cheap as possible, since i don't have alot of cash.

You can run faster RAM but it will only run at the fastest speed supported by the MoBo

just make sure you get DDR1 modules not DDR2 and you should be fine. your mobo should down clock it. Some motherboard/RAM combinations are temperamental so if you get one brand that is having issues you might want to return it and try another.
