Screenshots?

how the hell do you take screen shots of a movie??? whenever i try to take a screen in windows media player it doesnt work... what program do i use? or am i doing something wrong?

You'll have to use a video editor so you can capture the frame.

Most of your problem is using Media player. Even with the high-end screen capture apps, you will get black when trying to get anything from it. You might try another media player like VLC. If you want more than just a still of a single frame, you will have to use a software like this.

i used screenhunter on VLC and it still did not work

could it possibly be my video card?
