Wireless Internet

When dealing with wireless internet, which will be more powerful? Going with a wireless USB adapter or going with a wireless PCI card?

I would not say one is better that the other. You have to point the antenna either way. Get whatever works best for your situation.

Yeah sorry I forgot to metion that it's for a desktop. I have one of the D-LINK wireless USB's and I have plenty of hotspots I can pull off of in my area. But it seems that I always get a crappy signal from my USB, but my buddy comes over with his wireless airport in his Powerbook and gets a perfect signal. So I was wondering if the PCI wireless cards where more powerful.
