I need a fan.. motherboard help

The motherboard is a DFI lanparty n64. There is a small little fan located on the motherboard itself that had recently decided to get extremely loud, annoying, and at sometimes, doesn't work at all. Is there any place local where i can pick up another? Or does someone know of another fix for it?

Newbies, please watch THIS before posting.

A vantec ccb-a1c or a ccba1a from frys would fit it. You can buy almost any aftermarket northbridge/vga coolers will fit.

Fan went out on my DFI and replaced it with the Vantec from Frys. Runs much cooler and quieter now.
