OWA Error???

I got a new home computer last weekend. I log into my webmail for work and there is an error in the text field of any email I try to send. I am running Vista and IE7. I cannot find what setting is causing this and my IT guy at work is useless. Any suggestions on what needs to be done to fix it?

I am getting an X in the text field and it will not let me type anything. It does let me enter To: and text in the subject line.

Behavior
Whenever you use OWA (2000 or 2003) to open your mailbox, using IE 7.0 on a Vista Box, you might experience the following problems:

Cannot compose a new e-mail message.
Cannot reply to an e-mail message.
Unable to create a new contact, task, note, journal entry, or appointment.
Unable to change any configuration in the Outlook Web Access options folder

Reason
Internet Explorer 7 in Windows Vista does not include support for Dynamic HTML Editing ActiveX control, which is a functionality that Microsoft Exchange Outlook Web Access relies on to do HTML editing in Outlook Web Access.

Solution
There is an update available from Microsoft, that you can download, that will replace this deprecated functionality on the Microsoft Exchange servers so that Microsoft Exchange Outlook Web Access will continue to function like expected

Hope this helps
