Post What are you favorite shareware / freeware / widgets applications?

So lately I have been looking into a lot of freeware / shareware applications. They dont have to be anything specific.

These are in no order.

1)Vista Transformation Pack 6.0 Final - Freeware

http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=4924

I have been using this one for about a month or so and not had any problems with it. I like the look and feel of it, and it gives you something diffrent besides the xp skins.

2)Top Desk

http://www.otakusoftware.com/topdesk/ - Freeware

Ive been using this one for a week or 2 and it is also pretty cool. I havent had any issues with it right now. TopDesk is a quick and easy way to switch between applications. With a single key press, you can instantly view thumbnails of all open windows, display thumbnails of windows belonging to the current application, or hide all windows to quickly access the desktop.

3)Yahoo Widgets - Freeware

http://widgets.yahoo.com/

I use these everyday. Right now I am using the default weather one and the istat wireless signal idicator, istat battery monitor. What widgets do you like to use?
What widgets do you guys like to use?

4)Peer Guardin 2 - Freeware

http://www.techspot.com/downloads/32...-guardian.html

A lightweight IP blocker to stop rogue connections. I havent use this one much at all since I dont d/l much off P2P on my laptop since its my work one.

5) Trillian - Freeware
http://www.download.com/Trillian/300...-10047473.html

I use this one everyday. I love it, since i dont have to use the crappy aim ones that bogs your system down.

4) Logmein

www.logmein.com
Works like pc anywhere. You can acces your computer through a web browser. Use this almost daily also.

Vista Transformation? Don't like this - "Editors Note Vista Transformation Pack changes some system files and system registry entries that could cause problems."

Widgets? Use it on all my computers. Digital Clock, Picture Frame, Werewolf Monitor, CPU portal, Battery, Yahoo Weather, and WiFi Signal (on my laptop)..

Trillian Use it all the time, don't have any other IM client installed.

Might have to check out Logmein

Been using Trillian a looong time love it no ads or other BS like you get with every other IM program now. Only issue I have with it is file transfers don't work sometimes.

I will add to the list thou.
Must have extension for fire fox = "Foxy Tunes"
Let's you control your favorite MP3 player from inside firefox volume control and some other nice features.

Another common one is Spybot search and destroy with "Tea Timer" has saved my ass more then a few times from programs install BS I don't need in the registry and also shady programs I've gotten sometimes after downloading torrents. :?
