Pretty good deal, Yes on the HD, i've got a WD 160GB in mine. Sounds like its got a larger HD already in it. You would have to back up all those games( and i'd recommend doing it anyway) to change out HD's.

You HAVE to transfer the game from the xbox to a pc to burn it to DVD. Matter of fact there is no program capable of copying a xbox game. They Must be read/installed on the xbox and FTP'd to the pc.
Check out the tutorials at xbox scene or afterdawn.com. Its pretty easy and explained well.

to save them to the HD I think you can do with the Xbox. If you want to make an Xbox game on a DVD you must ftp it.

All I have is a softmod and can only play Burnt Games, which I have about 50.

Correct, to "backup" <---LOL a game you have to install on the xbox hd. Then ftp to the pc, create a XISO and burn to DVD. --However, craxtion4 will allow ripping direct from game disc, ive found it doesn't always work, so i just quit fucking with it altogether. Ive got probably 400 games.
Now then, if its a downloaded game, most unrar direct to xiso. Then its just burn @2x with DVD decrypter and play.

u can download a program called dvd2xbox and can rip the game directly to the hd...most games take about 12 mins or so....if it doesnt work ripping it...u can also toggle to iso mode which will let u get around the protection things....so no u dont have to ftp it....u can just put it in the xbox and "back UP"
