Exclamation The virus that is AOHELL

Does anyone know how to get rid of this shit?! I don't use AOL haven't installed it but came bundled on my puter. When I purchased it I payed them (BB's Geek Squad) to remove it. I noticed I had a Bookmark for AOL and then did a search under the Start Menu and came up w/ this.

I tried to Ctr -A and delete but of course it won't let me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Bryan

What do you mean it "wont let you"? If you are trying to delete the files and it says the files are in use, download this program:

this is the exact reason why I plan to never buy another computer package from any store...only going to build them from now on.

They've had a few stories about new computers from main-stream stores having so much crap loaded on them when people buy them that they run slower than people's old computers, ain't that some shit.

Thing is there is nothing listed in the programs list for AOL. I guess the (Geek Squad) did get rid of it and these are just traces AOHELL left behind.

Most of them appear to be icon files or shortcuts.

Try going to the folder they are in and delete them from there.

Take it back to them and show them the results. They will have to fix it, trust me.
