AnyDVD uninstall challenge
I feel almost embarrassed about this because I've been in working in IT for 5 years now and i ran across something that has completely left me stumped.
Here is my problem....
AnyDVD is only available as a 21 day trial version and when it's up they you're done if you don't want to buy it.
My trial period expired and I went to uninstall and reinstall with new and older versions and it still says the trial period is expired. I then uninstalled AnyDVD, used cclean and jv16 tools to thoroughly clean the registry, looked for all instances of .zreglib, reboot, and reinstall with the same result.
Does anyone know how you can uninstall AnyDVD and properly expunge the registry to allow you to install it again and have it think it's being installed for the first time?
And it's pretty complicated once you start looking at the program. They not only add/modify registry keys they also modify the ntuser files as well. It's both registry and file system changes.
Any ideas?
