GoldWave, but it's not freeware, will do batch conversions. Audacity is freeware, but I haven't found a batch conversion feature on/for it yet.
The main stipulation for conversion, is the WMA's cannot be DRM'd. If they are, you may have to burn/rip, or record on the fly while listening to the music, using your soundcard's stereo mix function.
True, iTunes will also do it, but again they cannot be DRM'd WMA's. You can load them in iTunes library, then select them, right-click > convert to mp3 (might have to go into options, under Advanced > importing, and change the default format from AAC to Mp3, if you don't get the "convert to mp3" when right-clicking on the songs.)
