Abso-freaking-lutely. Highly recommend it for anyone who's able. I've had it for nearly two years now (will hit that mark at the end of December), and I love it. Especially great for gaming, with DSL I had a 15-20ms "last mile" hop just to the demarc, now it's 1-2ms.

mine via time warner

Download Speed: 2487 kbps (310.9 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 701 kbps (87.6 KB/sec transfer rate)

i absolutley hate time warner, sometimes i can hit the 2 meg mark, sometimes it drops to like 80 kb/s its pathetic.

I tried calling them about it and actually took a friday off from work so i would be here when the cable guy came but he never did...when i called the, they said they had to record of the service request...i work 7 days a week so its kinda hard to find a time between 8-8 that ill be here hah.

Config QoS. No, you can't ensure your packets are first through the Inet - but you can make sure they are the first in and out of your network.

Anybody know what areas receive FIOS? This might help me determine exactly where I'm moving to next year.

You guys sure do cry alot about benchmarks. Those numbers in all honesty don't mean shit. 99% of the servers you connect to are not going to let you downloadz anywhere close to those speeds. But yeah, grats on being dyno whores!
