"n" wireless router worth it?

I need a router for basic surfing. I've heard the n router is the new, next best thing, bt not really worth it unelss you're streaming HDTV which I won't be doing. With it being twice the price of a g, would it be worth it at this point?

G should be fine for gaming. It can easily handle most any gaming sequence.

I agree, G with WPA encryption is fine. N will be bitchin' but the current routers are only "provisionally" compliant because the 802.11n standard hasn't been fully decided on yet. Their was a article just yesterday that said the IEEE is putting off a decision on N until next year.

So it is possible, though unlikely you'd be wasting your money.
