A must for beer drinking nerds

To me, clowns aren't funny. In fact, they're kind of scary. I've wondered where this started and I think it goes back to the time I went to the circus, and a clown killed my dad.

Thermoelectric units create a temperature differential by applying a small amount of current. One side gets hot the other gets cold. Do a search on peltier coolers.

Got one at Frys for 19.99. Trying it out now. The pad gets cold, not sure how it'll work for sure though.

It keeps your drink cool, not really cold. However, the ambient temp in my room right now is quite warm - too lazy to turn up the ac/fan - so that could be affecting it.

Normal condensation is not going to hurt it. It seems if you were to spill something on it...or still a glass filled with ice on it - that could get too much water in it.

All in all, worth 20 bux I think...but no way I'd pay 40 like they want on a lot of sites.

Yeah, me neither. But for coke, tea or whatever this thing will be kind of nice. Plus, I like cold stuff...so it is just sort of nice to have there.
