Windows Task Manager Question?

My pc is running kinda sluggish so I did the following:

1st: I ran Clearwire Spy Sweeper (Nothing major)

2nd: I ran Ad-Aware SE Personal (Nothing major)

3rd: I ran Norton (Clean)

4th: I ran msconfig and crossed check at to make sure no funny stuff is coming on at startup.

5th: I went to Windows Task Manager to see whats running and I have a few questionable processes.

shouldn't the User Name be (SYSTEM) instead of (LOCAL SERVICE) ?

I checked it out and this is what it said:

svchost.exe is a system process belonging to the Microsoft Windows Operating System which handles processes executed from DLLs. This program is important for the stable and secure running of your computer and should not be terminated.

Note: svchost.exe could also be a process which is registered as a trojan. This Trojan allows attackers to access your computer from remote locations, stealing passwords, Internet banking and personal data. It could also be a registered security risk and should be removed immediately.

I prefer this tool over task manager

Lots more info and details on whats running.

Tons of good tools on that site that have many uses.

if the svc process is always running than its the trojan if it is only when running a ms program then leave it be. if your not sure just stop the process and then if it becomes unstable just do a hard reboot.
