Admin password problem. help.

I just recently installed a new hard drive, and reinstalled windows from the CD that came with my laptop. Once i did that, it asked for the admin password to get into windows, or my password to get into windows. I do not, and never have had a password.
Is there a way to bypass this screen so i can delete the passwords? What can i do? I have looked through all the information i have, and can not find any kind of password.

Thanks,
D.

My computer was password locked, I was able to delete the password by booting up in safe mode, going to the control panel and under the profiles tab gives the option to delete password
