Processor question

I need a 754 pin AMD and was curious as to if the heatsink and fan usually comes with it?

keep an eye out for fry's ad's and they will run a socket 754 2800 or 3100 with a motherboard for 79-89 bux.

I've got a 2800 64 Athlon and a 3100 sempron in my boxes.

Keywords to watch for are Retail or OEM. Retail will have the HSF, OEM will not. These days the price difference between the two is negligable, if anything, so it doesn't make sense like it did years ago.
