I have the Inspiron 700m and I freakin love it. It's the small widescreen one and the screen is so crystal clear. If I needed it strictly for business it would be better because sometimes I wish it had a better video card for games. Also I got it for a good price during one of those crazy $750 off coupons.

Yeah I am leaning towards DELL definately. I already have a desktop dell and love it. My only question is do any Dells offer GPS capability? I couldnt find any info on that.

You could always just buy Microsoft Streets & Trips
http://www.microsoft.com/streets/Pro...s.aspx?pid=001
It comes with an External GPS and mapping software, Install that and you'd be good to go...
I have an
HP 8lbs 1.7ghz 512mb ram (Pretty Decent Work laptop)
$400 from Walmart,
Dell 6lbs 2.0ghz 1gig Ram (Great for normal everyday laptop)
$555 from Dell,
Fujitsu 4lbs 2.0ghz 1.5gig ram Dvd Burner (Laptop that goes everywhere with me. Bad ass little son of a bitch)
$1800 Frys
Hope this helps a litte

To where it can map my location by GPS wherever I am. I do a lot of traveling for work, and I'd like to pinpoint and save my locations by coordinates.

that gps is kick ass, might have to pick that up...

as far as laptops, my personal one is a 1.3 Pentium M w/ Centrino IBM Thinkpad T40
i love it.

company laptop is a compaq 2100nv widescreen, very small, its nice, its has more features than my thinkpad, but...i think my thinkpad might be a hair faster.

2007 GMC Sierra RCSB - It breathes better now and looks better than stock.
2008 Honda 700XX - Doesn't need any mods.
