Have you tried resetting the jumper on the motherboard to clear the CMOS?

try switching the ram to different spots, make sure all the fans are running and that the heatsinks on your graphics cars and CPU are attached well and not loose. If you have system speaker attached to the mobo are you getting any system beeps. If you are getting a series of beeps check with your mobo manufacturer to see what code your bios is throwing...

Check all the power supply connections ect. make sure the mobo isn't touching the case any where that it shouldn't be.

Is it booting to where the bios post screen is coming up?

If that board has built in graphics be sure that its disabled. Also if you have an extra gfx card that you can try give that a shot.

If its making it all the way to windows then it could be a driver conflict, or possibly a heat issue with one of the heat sinks/fans... Most likely a driver issue IMO if windows is actually loading.
