Looking for termail emu...

that can go transparent/translucent so you can see whats behind it, for windows xp. Anyone got a suggestion?

he wnats something like hypterterminal that has the ability to go translucent.. much like the old Lightstep desktop gave you the ability to do. I dont know if its around any more

my gnome term at work can do that, and it helps if you have a zillion things open I can see aim replys behind the term window, course thats on a sun box.
