i need a flatscreen monitor

what is a good one?? how much will i be spending?? i am just now getting a home computer. thanks.

No, you can get them at frys for upper $200's.

yep dell even has some cheap systems that come with them. it sounds like they arent high quality units. I'm debating one for the combo deal but I've already got a decent 19" NEC CRT. Guess I could always try and sell the 19" LCD

I just got a Samsung SyncMaster 930B for $349 (rebate) from Fry's. Loving it so far. Only complaint is that it doesn't come with a DVI cable, fortunately...I already had one (they can be expensive).

You need two of the Dell 17" flat panels and run dual monitors!

Keep an eye on the Dell website, I caught mine on sale for $230 each.
