Does anybody have this software? how well does it work?

Yes it works darn good, I'm currently running a demo of it which lasts for 30 days. Cost wise its gonna get ya though, just for the license to a host computer and guest computer its gonna run you about $200 bucks. You can connect to the host computer a number of ways, network, internet via ip etc, and it records the host computers screen whenever you're connected to it. Plus you can take over control of the host keyboard and mouse regardless if you're running a pc and they have a mac.
