Computer Question

This is actually for work and I did a qucik search on Google and was unable to find anything.

I have a customer who wants to extend his keyboard, mouse and monitor 60ft away from the tower itself. The tower will be in another room.

Does anyone know of such a product? Would it be a simple as having cables built or would the signals be degraded for being such a long distance?

TIA

My only concern with the wireless is dont you have to have a direct line of site from the tower?

Wireless keyboards/mice use RF, not line of sight.

60' away may be stretching it for the mouse, but the keyboard should be fine.

I setup a server room that was contained and had the monitors/keyboards/mice in another room but we used the high-end Belkin equipment and it was wired not wireless.

My 401K is now a 400K (was 301K)

Extender/repeater boxes set up

We use them at work in the test labs, and they(optical mouse, monitor and touch keypad keyboard,, are hardwired 110' away and works great, I can find out what the vendor or manufacturer if ya need.--->K2
