Anybody fix monitors?

I just got a 93 sony trinitron 27 inch monitor and when i hit the power button the standby light comes on then goes off and nothing happens. Sound like anything major?

Probably bad tube, but cant be for sure. Its most likely cheaper to just replace it, that is of course if you can find another one used in the area.

take it to GVA Electronics in Garland. They are one of the very FEW that wont charge a diagnostic fee to troubleshoot your monitor
