Exclamation About to buy some RAM, need EXPERT opinions.

Keep in mind, this is going to be coupled with an MSI Neo2 Platinum (mobo), and an AMD Athlon 64 3500+
I'm stumped, I seriously don't know which to get. I'd be happy with all of them, so I ask all of you, who know anything about memory,

Corsair XMS DDR400from ZipZoomFly @ $163 free 2nd day
Can run 2-2-2-5 T1 @ DDR400 I know from experience
Link

GeIL Ultra Series DDR500 from Newegg @ 155.67 Shipping $4.33
Not so sure about this ram, since i think it needs 3.1v to do DDR500, and my mobo will only go up to 2.8v, runs at 2.5-4-4-7 T? @ DDR500
Link

Muskin Enhanced DDR400 from Outpost.com $119.00 no shipping charge pick up from store
Supposed to be BH5, which is excellent ram for overclocking with tight timings, runs at 2-2-2-6 T1 @ DDR400
Link

So what do you think? Which would you buy? I intend to overclock a little. I'm hoping for 2.5GHZ, and I only need to hit (in theory) 227 with an x11 multi to hit 2.5ghz. I'm STUMPED! What do you guys think?

I have three 512mb sticks of the Geil Ultra (two are Platinum dual channel) DDR400 and love them. I would go with the Geil because you can always run them on your board underclocked since they will run down to 2.6v. They will probably run at the same timings as the XMS at DDR400 speeds. The DDR500 gives you quite a bit of headroom for upgrades later down the road. Just might save you from having to upgrade memory later on down the road when upgrading mobo or processor. Oh, and the chrome heatsinks look badass! Here is a review that shows this memory will run at 546Mhz. Geil Utra DDR500 Review
