Where is cheapest place for a 3.4 Pentium4 Processor?

Where is cheapest place for a 3.4 Pentium4 Processor? I just need the processor, nothing else. Fry's wants like 329-349 and ebay is selling for about 250ish, anyone know anything i dont?

ALSO....
does anyone know anything about intel 64bit processors or 64 bit windows coming out?

2007 GMC Sierra RCSB - It breathes better now and looks better than stock.
2008 Honda 700XX - Doesn't need any mods.

I got a P4 3.4GHz 550 with an Intel mobo, heatsink and fan for $200. Beat any of the A64 deals out there and got me a lot faster machine. It's not the latest Intel but never say never.

$244

Newegg rarely is the cheapest place to buy but on occasion they have good deals, like Fry's. People buy from there because they can get the whole computer with decent prices and they have built a reliable reputation. A lot of the other places sell stuff cheaper but they only have one or two items and then the rest of their parts are overpriced. Some of them have a very shitty customer service and some might be borderline scams so people will pay a few extra dollars to shop at a place like Newegg.
