PDA Owners

Just got my new Dell Axim X50v and this thing is just short of perfection. 624 MHz, nice video (can't remember the specs), and Media Player 10. man, gotta load up some videos on my 1 GB card

Nice -- I've been thinking of upgrading from my x5 to that as well. Nice how it has the CF and SD/MMC slot (have both) I've also thought about holding on to my x5 and picking up a Viewsonic 110 or 150 for a larger screen -- great for video and might be used as extra monitor and/or "remote" of other machines VNC style. The x50v is really attractive b/c of BT and 802. Only thing missing is My Nevo!

Sean, I wish I could find someway to mate my HP iPaq 6315 with the Dell Axim X50v and make them one device. It's such a shame that the 6315 has a slow processor. For regualar surfing and phone use it's good. But for other things I do it's lacking. Sadly the 6315 is going to find it's way on to eBay and I'm going to probably pick up a Audivox Smart Phone or find me another Ericsson T610 with Bluetooth so that I can use it as a modem for my Axim.

My Nevo?

www.mynevo.com -- the Viewsonic 150 is supposed to come equipped, as well as several HP PDA's. Just another "something else" for a PDA. Of course can always revert to www.pdawin.com

I was thinking about getting linux on my axim x5. Someday I'll actually have a use for that thing, beyond playing nes/snes games
