With all the overpriced crap Microsoft pumps out, id venture to say it does more harm than good. Ill stick with Spybot S&D.

I think I may do a test. Run MS Spyware for one week without using Adaware or Spybot. Then after that week run both Adaware and Spybot to see if they find anything. My money is gonna be on Adaware and Spybot.

Damn. I run Adaware every 3-4 weeks.
