Windows Clock Won't Keep Time...

My windows clock constantly loses time. There's really no pattern to it, that i see. My timezone settings are correct also. It just loses time very randomly.

Any suggestions??

We have tried changing that out a few days ago, with no luck.

Is the time in the bios correct? or is it slowing as well?
