wtf is playdos.exe??

everytime I turn my computer on or off, I get this god damn program called playdos.exe using up 100% of my cpu, and is just constantly growing (memory wise), i have a gig of ram.

I had to system restore, yet it's still on...I have done numerous searches on the net and cannot find any info about this file.. I have run norton (which sucks ass), S&B, adaware...shit everything I can think of..
anyone care to lend some advice?

I think I finally got rid of it, had to UNinstall nortan...
found three files that related to it, one in startup, and two in windows/system folder..
now hopefully that shit's gone...
