Excel Question

I know I know.. but I looked at the Knowledge Base and couldn't find anything on it.

But I need to find out if I can / how to change the default Zoom setting. Default is 100%, but I'd like to back it off to 75% if at all possible. Any ideas how to do that?

Doesn't it just remember the last setting when it was closed?

Yes. I would like the default setting when launching a blank Excel workbook to be at 75%.
