One DSL connection, 2 computers on the internet at the same time?

OK,
I have DSL.
I have two computers that need to be on the internet at the same time.

I have a Linksys Wireless - G Access Point. Will that work to have both computers on the internet AT THE SAME TIME?

I played with it last night, but could only get one computer on at a time.
Or do I need something else? Or do I just need to set it up differently?

-thanks!

This is the thing I have.
Is this the right thing for what I want to do? Do I need something else to add to this or something else instead of this?

I have the same thing on my computer. My girl in the other room has the wireless g card I put in her computer. Make sure you get the card for your computer and not the externel one which runs a little slower. Both of our computers run just as fast as they did before.

i have the same equipment. that wireless G router should be all you need besides the wireless nic in each of your PC's.. If you go in an configure your router correctly you should have no problems setting up both pcs.

how do you have your router configured? im assuming you have your dsl modem connected to the router and it is getting a good IP address.. provide some more info

You need a wireless router. You have a wireless access point, which just lets you have a wireless home network. The router will allow you to have more than one pc on the internet at the same time.

I love my netgear, I'd say go with them or linksys. I've heard iffy things about dlink.
