apache+ Virtual bulletin + mysql+ php on Xp

i have never done this before and need a little assistance. i am trying to get a vb bulleting board up on an XP box. I have installed apache.. but need assistance with the PHP and my sql part.. anyone have some time to get on the phone and walk em through it?

php and mysql should have binaries to install both. Pretty much a point/click and run the installs. PHP should install the stuff into IIS for you too.

im not using IIS.. im using apache..

sorry but it should have a list of web servers to select for it to install php for.

I havent done php on apache for windows before.

Heheh. I've got php, iis, and mysql on my xp laptop and its ok. I just have loaded so if I need to demo something on a site or whatever then its there. I can't say I'd dare try it in any production environment.
