Anyone have charter pipeline?

We just got off Earthlink and considering we have Charter cable we might as well go with them for cable internet, I've heard good and bad about them, but what is your guys' take on it? Thanks in advance.

I've heard the same things...depending on the area you're in you could have great connections and up time or low speeds and down time...you might check and see if they have a 30 day "return" policy so If it doesn't work well you can cancel...I would probally gone with charter but we have direct tv so it would cost more then if have their cable tv service...I've got SBC dsl and love it $30 a month free activation, modem, ect....Zero downtime since day one...Cable is affected by the number of people in you neighborhood that have cable internet...Where as DSL it is how close you are to a phone co. switch...

good luck

High Speed Internet is great, could never go back after having it...

well, we're going to try the 30 day thingy and see how it goes, I'm sure it will work fine around our neighborhood, I think I might know of some people actually around my place that has it and see what they think of it. Thanks guys.

I have Charter Cable and Charter Internet. I've never had one single problem with either one. I couldn't be happier. Plus, they gave me a good deal for having both services with them.
