IE messed up

I get an error report everytime i launch IE. I dont know what the hell my roomate did is there a way to fix it with out reinstalling windows or reformating?(Im only on now becuase im using kazaa's bootleg browsers.

Here's something easy to try. Go into your windows folder and look for a folder called "downloaded program files" which should contain IE add-in stuff like quicktime and shockwave. Close your browser, select all the files and delete them. A couple may not get erased, don't worry about them. If you installed something from a website that's crashing your browser, this should fix it.

Depending on your OS and version of IE, you might be able to "Repair" IE. Check by going to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, and see if IE is listed there. If so, click on Add/Remove, and you should have an option to Repair. That might help.

Im just using avant browser untill I can fix IE, Kinda like Avant better
