I've heard that LCDs don't react too well with games. The LCDs use one constant resolution, or something like that. Just buy a 19" tube.

LCD with games is ok but CRT is better. As for the best place to buy one, buying it online will save you a lot of money.

yea lcd suck for gameing the refresh on the lcd are not quite there yet every thing tends to blure when you move. i will look into any lcd that support 1280x1024 or better, be cautious though some of the are digital out make sure you compter has a digital out and if not you will also need to get a convertor. personaly if you have the room get a crt tube screan better res better pic and lol it will be bigger for less money. and yea i have seen the samsung it is nice. but that is just my 2 cents.

I was going to get the Dell 20" LCD, but Circuit Shitty had a $100 rebate on a Liquid Video 17" monitor, I did some research and found that they we're gaming friendly but I wanted to know for sure, so I went and bought one, I have no problem at all playing any of my normal games (q3, enemy territory, UT2k3, and other first person shooters) and when using it as a TV with my DVR it has a great picture, so I went back the next day and bought another one, so now I have 2 17" LCD's (2560x1024) for 640 bux after rebates, instead of 1 20" LCD (1600x1200) for 800 bux.
