Program Hackers

I'm looking for this program, not sure on the name, that can generate keys/codes for many programs. All you have to do is enter the name of the program and what version. Anyone have or know the name of such a tool? An ex-coworker had it and it worked on this program but she is no longer here. Thanks, you can pm me if you like.

I remember one of those being around a couple of years ago. It was called Oscar.

The icon for the exe file was Oscar the Grouch.
