Unhappy I dont't think this is good.

Well I'm still chasing a problem. My computer bogs down real bad. Heres a screen shot of the vitals goin on. I'm thinking it's not good, even though I'm not really sure what it means. All I know it's so slow. And wasnt until recently. I tried to run a defrag on it and after 24 hrs It was at 1% I don't really care to wait over 3 months at that rate. another thing is that It doesnt do anything when I try to run disk clean up either. Any ideas?

make sure that when you run defrag you have all programs unloaded and your screen saver turned off. it will reset if the disk information changes. unload all unnecessary programs. more RAM might help also.

I can't read the posted image, it's to small so here's what I recommend;

1) Check to see how much free hard drive space is available. If it's less than 400 megs then you need to uninstall unwanted programs or deleted cookies, internet temp files or windows temp files.

2) Try running ScanDisk and Defrag in Safe Mode. When booting up the PC right after the POST screen start pressing F8, like two or three times.

If you like shoot me a PM and can help you out further by remoting into your box.
