Does anyone make a 9.4GB capacity DVD+R format disc??

I've found them in 9.4 GB DVD-R.

My burner is a +R/+RW burner and I need to hold about 8 GB worth of data.

No they don't make them. They have like 7gig + ones, but they are dual laser layer ones. Your burner can't supoort that, are you trying to burn a dvd?

Actually they do make them, but they are double sided discs. 4.7gb per side. Not dual layer, mind you. You have to flip the disc over to burn on the other side.

They'll eventually come out with the DVD9's as dual layer discs, and have dual layer burners. I expect to see them sometime next year at the latest, unless demand for dvd burners drops for some reason.
