mkisofs question

So what am I doing wrong...trying to make an iso from CD...

Tried
mkisofs -o shrike-i386-disc1.iso /mnt/cdrom
mkisofs -iso-level 3 -o shrike-i386-disc1.iso /mnt/cdrom
mkisofs -U -o shrike-i386-disc1.iso /mnt/cdrom

The problem with all these are the files inside the iso are all lowercase. So while trying to install a new workstation using HTTP through these iso files generates an error. Because its trying to find the base files in the iso's directory 'RedHat'. The directory is 'redhat' because mkisofs is writing everything lowercase. What switch do I need to add? Or am I just a fucking retard?
