Monitor

My monitor shakes as if I was doing a degauss....
Well not as much but the screen is a little wavie.
I think it might be my video card and no it's not the refresh rate.
Has anyone ever had this problem before?

Thanks,
Carlos

If it's not the refresh rate, it could just be the monitor on it's way out. Do a self test (disconnect it from the video card, just have it powered on), and see if it's still shaking.

Also, if you have any fans or anything near the monitor that may have a motor that can cause an electrical current, try moving it. Whenever my wife runs the vacuum cleaner my monitor goes crazy.

Keep your cell phone away from your moniter... it causes interference too.
