You running IE 5.5 in Windows ME?

If so, then update your version of IE.

Try this first-

Shut down all programs, go to start/run and type: regsvr32 mshtml.dll

If it's happening while composing E-mail, and you are using Outlook Express, you need to reinstall OE.
