I am trying to set up an account for one of my girls while I am away so that she can use the computer.
I set her up with limited access and I was trying to make a list of approved sites she can visit. When I am logged on as her and after I did I clicked apply to the approved sites it tells me I have to be the admin to do so. I have my account set up as well, and I am the admin.
Do I need to be logged in as myself to do this? I was going to try that but it looks like I would be setting those sites for myself.
Try doing what he said but if all else fails, reboot the machine and while its booting up push f8 log in under safe mode, and there should be and log in call "Administrator" log in on that and you can do ANYTHING
