Who would like to come visit my church sometime???

I would love to get together with some of you and make it a church packed sunday, hang out, and eat some good Wills Point home cooking! Let me know if you would like to get together...any of you -- any time!

It is about a 35-40 minute drive depending on where you are. I live in Wills Point, the church is in Quinlan, and I drive 4 days a week to my office in Mesquite. The drive isn't to bad at all. It is straight up US80. We could make a day of it. NOTE: I have a wife and 2 baby girls.

Let me know!

Talking

Find a Sunday when you feel like driving and come on out. We will make a day of and eat lunch and visit and all. You could come and visit our night service (6:00pm) as well and hear one of the greatest teachers of all time as well as the sunday morning service (10:30am) to hear one of the greatest preachers of all time.

I think the soonest my family and I could make it out would be the first weekend in November, I will have to let you know. I dont mind visiting other peoples churches at all. Although it is alittle hard to believe that the greatest preacher/teacher is at your church when he is already at mine.

I'll talk with my wife and see when it would be good for her. I was just thinking about this earlier in the week.

No, don't get me wrong. I was just curious, wanted to check it out if you had a website. Mine is here www.covenantchurch.org if your interested.

So, that is why you consider him one of the greatest preachers of all time. Alittle biased huh?

Randy, I am pulling your leg.

Nope, not really biased at all. He has been in the ministry for 52 years and started 12 churches. He was once the most requested evangelist in the Southern Baptist. It is a strictly Bible church following the path of what a NT church should be.

Sounds cool. I actually found a write-up on him http://www.bgct.org/statemissions/d2512003.htm although it appears to be old.

That is the prior church he preached at. He starter with 8-10 people and grew to like 300 in 2 years. Pretty cool what God has used this man to do. That is also the church that my wife went to when we got married. That is when I was saved 7 years ago and baptized.
