Who is Right?

I've been pondering this question for a few days now, don't really know why, but I figured I'd see what you guys think.

Good Christian Man 1 finds a wallet full of money (wherever) and decides that the "right" thing to do is to turn it in to the Police.

Good Christian Man 2 has been down on his luck lately, medical bills are piling up from his wife having cancer, insurance company put the kaibash on her coverage, etc.... He finds a wallet full of money (again, wherever) and decides that this was a Gift From God, that his prayers, at least in this small way, have been answered, and he therefore keeps the money, and uses it to pay some of his bills.

The question is: Who is Right?

You WILL have: Long Blonde Hair, Big Green Eyes, World Class Breasts, A Butt That Won't Quit, and Legs..that go ALL THE WAY UP!!!

You really don't know the answer to that?

If a Christian guy prays to God to get laid, because he hasn't gotten any in months, and then he is walking down the street and sees a hottie with a skirt on passed out drunk in the bushes, would it be okay to smash?

Only if she's a Christian.

It would still be wrong, but only because they aren't married.

But shit, all he has to do is give some money to his church and ask God for forgiveness, and he's golden.

Jesus is his homeboy.

Man #1 did the right (moral) thing.

Man #2 rationalized out his behavior to be acceptable, but it wasn't his money even if he told himself that the Big Invisible Man gave it to him.

...and going further.

If God did place the money in his path, Man #2 assumes that it was given. What if it was a test by God to see if even in his darkest hours, would Man #2 still be righteous and do the right thing without regard for his own personal troubles?

In this scenario, God didn't place the wallet full of money in anybody's path. It was placed there solely through the actions of the individual who lost it. God's will comes into play only after it was found, at which time the finder has the option of, and bears full responsibity for, ignoring God's will or heeding it.
